At O'PURE® and R'PUR®, we are committed to providing you with quality products and service that meets your expectations. If a product doesn't suit you, we have implemented a simple and transparent return procedure.
Return period
You have a 15-day period from the date of purchase to return a product. After this period, we unfortunately won't be able to accept your return request.
Product condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused and in its original packaging. It must be returned with all its accessories and provided documents.
Non-eligible products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Opened consumables (filters, cartridges)
- Discounted or promotional products

Return request
Contact our customer service with your order number. You can reach us by phone at 05 22 99 14 16 or by email at contact@opurefilter.com to initiate your return request.
Return validation
After receiving your request, our team will review your case and provide you with precise shipping instructions along with a return tracking number.
Return shipment
Ship the product to our address: 24, rue Attabari – Maarif, Casablanca, Morocco. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless it's due to our error or a product defect.
Return processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to verify it meets our return conditions, then proceed with the refund or exchange according to your initial choice.
Refund
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 6 to 8 weeks after return validation. The refunded amount will correspond to the product price shown on the purchase invoice, excluding delivery charges.
